Hotel Policies

Check-in and Check-out Times

We kindly ask you to take into account our official schedules to facilitate the preparation of your room:

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
• Check-out: Until 12:00 (Noon).

Registration and Identification Policies

To maintain our high 5-star military security standards, the following mandatory requirements apply when registering:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register alone in a room.
• Minors registration: Any minor under 18 years old staying must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, and it is mandatory to present their identity document or passport at the front desk at check-in.
• Reservation confirmation: The reservation confirmation number (printed or digital) must be presented at the front desk.
• Credit card use: The credit card holder used to guarantee or pay for the reservation must be present at check-in. Third-party credit cards are not accepted without prior signed authorization.
• Guarantee: A government-issued photo ID (ID card or passport) and a credit card or cash deposit at the front desk will be required as a guarantee for additional charges.

Pet Policies

• Pets: For biosecurity, comfort and hygiene reasons for all guests, pets are not allowed in any of our facilities or rooms.

Parking Policies

The hotel has private parking for the peace of mind of our guests:

• Available spaces: We have 14 private parking spaces.
• Cost: The service is completely free for guests staying.
• Reservations: Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces in advance.

Children and Additional Guests Policies

• From 0 to 3 years: No additional charge sharing the same bed with their parents. Typical breakfast not included.
• From 4 to 10 years: Charge of L. 200.00 / US$ 8.00 per night, sharing a bed with their parents (includes complimentary typical breakfast).
• From 11 years and older (Adult rate): Charge of L. 400.00 / US$ 16.00 per night (includes complimentary typical breakfast and additional or existing bed depending on the room type).
